These terms of service apply to the use of the web application events (hereinafter "Service"). By registering or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Description of Services

The Service enables creating and managing events with features such as RSVP, bring lists, gift lists, task assignments, and photo galleries. The Service is provided free of charge without guarantee of availability.

3. User Obligations

Users agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, not to publish offensive or illegal content, and to keep their login credentials confidential.

4. User Content

Users retain the rights to their content (text, photos, etc.). By uploading, you grant us the right to display and process this content within the Service. You can delete your content at any time.

5. Liability

The operator is not liable for the availability of the Service, loss of data due to technical disruptions, or content created by users. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified by email of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the residence of the operator.
