Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms of service apply to the use of the web application and mobile app events (hereinafter "Service"). By registering or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Description of Services

The Service enables creating and managing events with features such as RSVP, bring lists, wish list, task list, photo album, message board, carpooling, expense splitting, and paid ticket sales. Organizers may charge admission for their events using Stripe Connect; payment processing is handled by Stripe. The Service offers a free tier (up to three published events) and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Lifetime) with additional features. In the native mobile app, subscriptions can also be purchased via in-app purchase. We provide the Service without guarantee of availability.

3. User Obligations

Users agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, not to publish offensive or illegal content, and to keep their login credentials confidential.

4. User Content

Users retain the rights to their content (text, photos, etc.). By uploading, you grant us the right to display and process this content within the Service. You can delete your content at any time.

5. Liability

The operator is not liable for the availability of the Service, loss of data due to technical disruptions, or content created by users. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the residence of the operator.
