Registration & Login

Create an account with email and password, or use social login.

Social Login

You can sign in with your Google, Apple, or Facebook account. If you already have an account with the same email address, the accounts are automatically merged.

Profile & Settings

Under "Settings" you can edit:

  • Profile — Name, email, profile picture
  • Password — Change your password
  • Two-factor authentication — Enable TOTP-based 2FA (required for admins)
  • Theme — Light, dark, or automatic (system setting)
  • Language — German or English

Notifications

Under "Settings" > "Notifications" you can choose how you're notified:

  • In-app — Notifications in the bell icon
  • Email — Toggle individual categories: RSVPs, event changes, reminders
  • Email frequency — Immediately, daily digest, or weekly digest
  • Push notifications — In the browser or as a native app

Subscribe to your calendar

Under "Calendar" you can generate a personal subscription link. It automatically includes every event you're involved in, whether as host, co-host, guest, or group member, including your own RSVP as well as cancellations and changes. New dates, for example from a series, are added automatically.

  • Apple Calendar — Tap "Apple Calendar", the Calendar app picks up the subscription directly.
  • Google Calendar — Tap "Google Calendar", Google opens "Add calendar" with the link filled in, then confirm.
  • Outlook — Tap "Outlook.com" or "Outlook (Microsoft 365)" and confirm the subscription.
  • Other apps — Under "Other calendar app", copy the link and add it in your app under "Subscribe to calendar" or "Add by URL".

Apple Calendar refreshes the subscription anywhere from 15 minutes to a day, depending on its settings, and Google Calendar can take up to 24 hours. So new or changed events don't show up instantly. The link stays available under "Calendar" and you can generate a new one any time. Doing so stops the old link from working everywhere, so you'll need to add the new one in your calendars again.

The app is free to use with all features. The free plan includes 1 event credit for a published event. You can earn more for free (see "Free credit for new hosts") or buy them individually for €4.99.

Install the App

You can install the app as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on your device:

  • Android (Chrome) — Tap "Add to Home Screen" in the browser menu.
  • iPhone/iPad (Safari) — Tap the share icon, then "Add to Home Screen."
  • Desktop (Chrome/Edge) — Click the install icon in the address bar.
