Bring List

The bring list helps organize who brings what to your event.

For organizers:

  • Create categories (e.g., Drinks, Food, Desserts) and add items with quantities and units.
  • Choose from units like pieces, bottles, packs, crates, kilograms, liters, or enter a custom unit.
  • Optionally enable "Guests can suggest items" — guests will see a "Suggest" button.
  • With approval mode enabled, suggestions must be approved by you before appearing in the list.

For guests:

  • Select an item and click "Claim" to reserve it.
  • Adjust the quantity if you want to bring more or less.
  • Other guests can see who has claimed each item.

Gift List & Wishlist

The gift list allows the organizer to collect gift wishes.

For organizers:

  • Add gifts with name, description, link, price range, and an optional photo.
  • Organize gifts into categories.
  • Enable group gifts — multiple guests can contribute together, with a target amount and progress bar.
  • Enable surprise mode — the gift list is hidden from the guest of honor.
  • Import an Amazon wishlist — Paste an Amazon wishlist URL and items are imported automatically.

For guests:

  • Reserve a gift with one click — it's marked as reserved so no one else picks the same.
  • For group gifts: enter your contribution amount and an optional message.
  • If suggestions are allowed, you can submit your own gift ideas.

Tasks & Helper Signup

The task list helps coordinate helpers for specific tasks.

For organizers:

  • Create tasks with a name, category, optional time, and number of helpers needed.
  • Tasks are displayed grouped by category.

For guests:

  • Sign up as a helper for a task — optionally add a short note.
  • See how many helpers are still needed.
  • You can withdraw your signup at any time.

All guests who RSVPd can upload photos to the event.

  • Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC
  • Photos are automatically processed and optimized.
  • A caption is auto-generated from the filename.
  • Guests can delete their own photos; organizers can manage all photos.

Comments / Message Board

The comment feature serves as a message board for your event.

  • RSVPd guests can post messages (up to 2,000 characters) and attach images.
  • Replies to comments are possible (one level deep).
  • Comments can be edited and deleted.
  • React to comments with emoji reactions.
  • Organizers can hide or delete comments.

Date Poll

If you choose "Date Poll" instead of "Fixed Date" when creating your event, your guests can vote on the best date.

For organizers:

  • Add date proposals with optional times (up to 200 options).
  • See at a glance which date has the most votes.
  • Finalize the poll — the winning date becomes the event date.

For guests:

  • Vote for one or multiple dates.
  • Propose your own dates (if allowed by the organizer).

Expense Splitting

Expense splitting helps divide shared costs fairly among guests.

For organizers:

  • Add expenses with a description and amount.
  • Choose the split mode: equally among all guests or only selected ones.
  • Optionally allow all guests to add expenses.

For guests:

  • See your current balance — positive means money is owed to you, negative means you still owe.
  • The system automatically calculates who should pay whom and how much.
  • Mark payments as settled once they're completed.

Carpooling

The carpooling module helps guests coordinate rides to the event (not available for digital events).

Offering a ride:

  • Direction: to or from the event
  • Departure location, date, time
  • Available seats (1–20)
  • Optional vehicle info and phone number

Booking a seat:

  • Guests can see all offered rides and book a seat.
  • Bookings can be canceled at any time.

Surveys

Surveys let you gather opinions or preferences from your guests.

For organizers:

  • Create surveys with a title, description, and answer options.
  • Options: allow multiple selections, anonymous voting, let guests propose their own options.
  • Up to 10 surveys per event with up to 200 options each.
  • Finalize a survey to close voting.

For guests:

  • Select one or more options (depending on settings).
  • Propose your own options if allowed.

Post-Event Feedback

After your event ends, guests can provide feedback.

  • Guests receive an email with a personal link.
  • They can leave a rating (1–5 stars) and an optional message.
  • As the organizer, you receive a summary of all collected feedback.
  • You can also enable a photo reminder that nudges guests to upload their photos.
