Invite Co-Hosts

You can add other people as co-hosts to your event. Co-hosts have the same management rights as you (manage guests, comments, lists) but cannot delete the event.

Inviting:

  • Search for existing guests of your event.
  • Enter an email address — the person receives an invitation link (valid for 7 days).
  • Create a general invitation link that you can share manually.

You can optionally allow a co-host to invite further co-hosts themselves. You can also transfer event ownership.

Create QR Code

For every event and group, you can generate and download a QR code:

  • SVG — Perfect for print materials at any size.
  • PNG — For digital use.

The QR code links directly to your event or group join page.

Event Templates

When creating an event, you can choose from pre-built templates that automatically pre-fill matching modules and content. See "Event Templates" under Getting Started.

Statistics & Activity

Your dashboard shows an activity feed with recent events: new RSVPs, comments, photo uploads, and more. Unread activity is marked with a dot.
