Invite Co-Hosts

You can add other people as co-hosts to your event. Co-hosts have the same management rights as you (manage guests, comments, lists) but cannot delete the event.

Inviting:

  • Search for existing guests of your event.
  • Enter an email address — the person receives an invitation link (valid for 7 days).
  • Create a general invitation link that you can share manually.

You can optionally allow a co-host to invite further co-hosts themselves. You can also transfer event ownership.

Create QR Code

For every event and group, you can generate and download a QR code:

  • SVG — Perfect for print materials at any size.
  • PNG — For digital use.

The QR code links directly to your event or group join page.

Your Own Templates

You can save any event as your own template and load it again the next time you create one. See "Your Own Templates" under Getting Started.

Free credit for new hosts

When one of your guests signs up after attending your event, you receive a free event credit as a thank-you, along with a short notification. And guests who want to host themselves can borrow your event's building blocks: "Create your own event" on the event page pre-fills modules and settings. Title, date, location and all content stay untouched.

Statistics & Activity

Your dashboard shows an activity feed with recent events: new RSVPs, comments, photo uploads, and more. Unread activity is marked with a dot.
